Why aren't any photos appearing in the app?

Grant photo library access by going to "Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Age Matched" and set to "All Photos". Then close and reopen the app.

How can I control my privacy settings?

Use the dedicated Privacy tab in the main interface to:
  • View what data is never accessed
  • Enable/disable anonymous usage analytics
  • Access the complete privacy policy

How do I unlock the full timeline?

Options include:
  • Tap "Unlock Timeline" in the main dashboard
  • Use the alert when reaching timeline limit
  • "Restore Previous Purchases" if already bought

What payment methods are accepted?

All payments go through App Store, accepting any method linked to your Apple ID (credit/debit card, Apple Pay).

How do I add a new child or pet?

  • Tap the "+" button on the main dashboard to add a child
  • Swipe carousel to find "Pets Are Family" option
