Why aren't any photos appearing in the app?
Grant photo library access by going to "Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos > Age Matched" and set to "All Photos". Then close and reopen the app.
How can I control my privacy settings?
Use the dedicated Privacy tab in the main interface to:
- View what data is never accessed
- Enable/disable anonymous usage analytics
- Access the complete privacy policy
How do I unlock the full timeline?
Options include:
- Tap "Unlock Timeline" in the main dashboard
- Use the alert when reaching timeline limit
- "Restore Previous Purchases" if already bought
What payment methods are accepted?
All payments go through App Store, accepting any method linked to your Apple ID (credit/debit card, Apple Pay).
How do I add a new child or pet?
- Tap the "+" button on the main dashboard to add a child
- Swipe carousel to find "Pets Are Family" option
